The discovery platform had strong traffic but a weak path to conversion: users could browse restaurants easily but had to leave the platform, or call ahead, to actually book a table. Restaurant partners, meanwhile, had no simple way to manage table availability across a growing number of listings.
UXsolutions built the booking engine that plugs directly into the discovery experience, letting users move from browsing a restaurant to confirming a table without leaving the platform. On the partner side, we built availability management, onboarding flows and a booking admin panel so restaurant staff could manage their own listings without needing support from the platform team.
