The challenge

The client needed a point-of-sale system that could keep several roles moving at once, front-of-house staff taking orders, kitchen staff working through tickets, cashiers closing checks, and managers pulling reports, without the system itself becoming the bottleneck during a busy service period.

The solution

UXsolutions designed a modular POS ecosystem with a dedicated interface for each role. Orders placed at the counter route straight to a kitchen display system in real time, cashier and payment workflows are built for speed under pressure, and every transaction feeds into a shared reporting layer so managers get accurate, up-to-date numbers without extra manual work at close.

  • Front-of-house ordering interface built for speed
  • Real-time kitchen display and fulfilment workflow
  • Cashier and payment functionality
  • Centralised reporting across staff, sales and service

The result

A single POS ecosystem that holds up under real service pressure, connecting order capture to fulfilment to reporting without manual re-entry at any step.
