The client was selling reservations, ordering and payments as separate tools, which meant restaurant owners had to stitch together multiple vendors, logins and data sources just to run a single service. Customer data lived in disconnected systems, so restaurants had no single view of a diner across a booking, an order and a repeat visit.
UXsolutions designed and built a single web platform that brings reservations, ordering, payments and customer records together in one product. We built the booking engine and ordering flows as connected modules sharing the same customer and table data, integrated payment processing directly into the checkout flow, and layered operational dashboards on top so restaurant owners could see booking, order and repeat-visit activity from one screen.
Restaurants using the platform manage the full customer relationship, from first booking to repeat order, through one system instead of several disconnected tools.
